Conceptual And Schematic Design

Conceptual and Schematic design is the first phase of basic services for project design. At this stage in a project, the design professional describes the project three-dimensionally. A range of alternative design concepts are explored to define the character of the completed project and an optimum realisation of the project program.

Design Development

During the Design Development phase, the project design is further refined. Plan arrangements, specific space accommodations, equipment and furnishings, building design, materials and colours, and complete definitions of all systems serving the project are developed. All design decisions are completed during this phase in order to prepare the subsequent construction documents.

Planning And Programming

Planning and Programming consists of setting a long-term strategy and possessing the means to get there. It’s a proactive approach through which clients are provided with timely information and the guidance necessary to actively manage their benefits in real-time. Our clients work within a well-defined strategic plan and are never put in the position of missing a potential deadline. Our strategic planning approach is to establish a thorough understanding of the factors that impact our clients from a strategic business perspective. Once a client’s unique needs are understood, we leverage ARX Future’ decades of industry experience and predictive modelling tools to create effective benefits programs at competitive prices.

Graphic Design And Architectural Photography

Graphic design, photo manipulation and retouching. A lot of incredible work done for the advertising industry. The quality of the work is so good that most of the times you are convinced that what you see is real. ARX Future’s primary focus is high-end graphic design and creative image retouching and CGI. We work with advertising agencies, design firms and photographers to artistically enhance images, or in most cases create them from scratch. Their projects range from simple colour correction to complex multi-image composites.

    Interior And Exterior Design

- Interior and Exterior 3D visualisations can be a highly persuasive way to depict the finished product before construction works have even begun. There are numerous reasons why digital imagery plays an increasingly important role in the interior/exterior design and residential development process. As well as assisting our Worldwide Deign Firms and Clients to make more informed decisions at an earlier stage in the design process, which can be critical to the planning process for their power to communicate ideas and demonstrate a design concept.

    Sustainable Design

Sustainable Design at ARX Future is a new interdisciplinary area that employs computational models, methods and tools to tackle sustainability problems. It provides built environment professionals with computationally feasible approaches for analysing complex sustainability issues, and with decision support for achieving optimal solutions. It is obvious that most people consider the cost of any design before they consider the environmental impacts of it. Therefore, there is a growing nuance of pitching ideas and suggestions for environmentally sustainable design by highlighting the economical profits that Clients bring to us. To achieve the more ambitious goals of the green design movement, architects, engineers and designers need to further embrace and communicate the profit and economic potential of sustainable design measures. Focus should be on honing skills in communicating the economic and profit potential of smart design, with the same rigor that have been applied to advancing technical building solutions.

Additional Info

Using powerful 3D rendering software architects, designers and 3D artists can manipulate designs in real time, quickly transitioning between concept and concrete and exploring different options, as well as, making refinements and creating multiple versions of the designs. Empowering design and dazzling clients today. Furthermore, by giving architects and designers the tools to visualise and immerse themselves in their designs, they are able to gain a much clearer understanding of both the “qualitative and quantitative nature” of the spaces they are designing.
